Yes, you heard me right Wykked Wytch has done a cover of the Metallica classic "Fade to Black. I love Wykked Wytch, of all of the women working in exteme music Ipek has one of the most unique voices out there. Her sound is somber, sometimes sweet but always brutal. Listening to her sing always leaves me feeling a bit uncomfortable in the good way. But sadly, this cover of "Fade to Black" is way off the fucking mark. The folks that make up Wykked Wytch, know their shit, and no one can say that they can't play, but "Fade to Black" is a song that is so perfect the way it is, no cover can do it justice, no matter good the band is.
